Amazing, courteous, helpful staff- from check- in to valet to housekeeping. When they text you to check how your stay is going- they actually monitor the text thread and promptly reply. One of the best hotels for customer service I've been to.

Breakfast, appetizers and popcorn all excellent delicious homefries, no complaints about the food! Amazing, friendly staff. Really enjoyed interacting with the restaurant staff, a fun group. Our housekeeper was also very nice and accommodating. Great location too and friendly fellow patrons, always a plus.

I would give this place a overall 10! The staff was wonderful, the amenities were very nice and the happy hour was top notch! Location is where all the action is and the hotel was safe and quiest. I felt very safe. parking was great my friend had a electric car and the staff was very helpful and patient for hellping her with charging!

Amazing staff! The location was perfect walkable to tourist attractions and in the middle of numerous amazing restaurants. Loved our room- got a jetted tub with city view room. Would stay here again

This was the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed in. The suite with the jetted tub was an unknown pleasure I didn't realize I was missing. Nothing better than retreating to my room after a busy day in Philly and decompressing in the tub then having food from the restaurant brought up to the room. I will 100% stay here the next time I am in Philly.

Great location for walking around the city and access to hundreds of bars and restaurants! The staff were friendly and valet parking was very easy!
