Parking is non-existent! 7 spaces for 20 rooms! The lot next door is a public lot. A PAID lot. The only free parking is 2AM to 6 AM. $2 per hour! There is a secondary lot a few blocks away. Not at my age.Never again!

Only 6 or 7 spots to park at hotel. Overflow parking at hotel 1.5 blocks away (a restaurant) was also full. I had nowhere to park without getting a ticket. I asked the night-desk person (I was double-parked), and she said "yeah, we have a LOT of people who have to park far away and walk". It was 10pm. I just wanted to go to bed. I went and parked for a while at WaWa, and just sat in my car, I tried it 45 minutes later (and was lucky to find a spot in the overflow parking a couple of blocks away. I know they can't help it (limited real estate), but I don't think the help/staff should park in the small lot connected to the hotel.....especially when there's room only for 6 or 7 cars. There were two cars, also, that didn't have "pass" on their dashboard (meaning they were not guests there). Ugh. I asked if I could park in lot on other side of hotel (belongs to the city I think)....and pay for it, and asked if the hotel would reimburse me or give me a voucher or something. Short response was, "we don't do that". I asked "well what am I supposed to do?! You took the money for my room but now I find out I can't park anywhere?!". Answer........"I don't know what to tell you, sir".

The rooms are horrible. The key they give you only locks the door knob. You have to ask to have the deadbolt locked by staff. The bathroom smells of sewer gas. Parking is horrible

Awesome location right on the main drag of breweries and restaurants. Very quaint, stayed in a double bed room (basic) for work stay, room was good, could use some remodeling. Staff was awesome

Very quaint feel, rooms are small but do the job, for the price cant go wrong, and alot of places to eat and hang out. Old school feel with Keys to open doors. Would stay again

Is there anything bad to say, hmmm………. Ok…..parking is run by the borough and is free after 10 pm Saturday and all day Sunday, so don’t over feed the meter! But seriously, this place was perfect.

The property was clean but very poor amenities. No clock hair dryer minimal towels and parking availability was poor. Only seven spaces to accommodate entire building. “Breakfast” was included consisting of packaged muffins and coffee with a sign saying only one muffin per guest. The breakfast area consisted of two tables and four chair.

I came here thinking it would be a good idea to stay night near friends . First thing I found was a used condom on our pillow once we lifted it up. And about to go to bed. Then had to move rooms and notice in the shower there mold and dust in the vents/lights above us. I never been more disgusted with the facility’s this place has to be offer the front desk man tried fo helpful as possible and apologized about the situation

Very friendly staff. Great little neighborhood. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, along with a few parks and Schuylkill River walk. I ate at Chinese Restaurant about a block away. Very good. The accommodations are adequate. Could use quite a bit of updating. Rooms are very small. TV, small fridge, microwave. Hair dryer available from desk. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available in lobby. Muffins in the morning.

Love staying here, you are literally in the heart of Phoenixville. Everyone is very helpful with information about what's happening in town and very hospitable.

The facility was dirty. Carpets in the room had dirt collecting along the walls. Baseboards were peeling away from wall. In the bathroom, there was water damage on the drywall in the shower. Parking was first come first serve and little of it. Cars that were already parked were taking up 2 spots. If there was nothing available, you were parking on the street and paying $2/hr. Never had enough coffee to fill my cup. Came down for breakfast at 0730 and they had run out of food. Sketch customers walking around in pajamas. This customer was not exactly professional. Room was beyond tiny. There is opportunity to be a nice facility but would need a complete remodel. Way, way overpriced for what you get.
