The lady at the checkin Friday was excellent. I didn’t get her name but she went out of her way to help me. She was the person on duty around 4pm

The bed was comfortable, but this is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed in. everything screamed cheap cheap cheap. Dirty, loud party crowd, halls smelled. They placed the sink in such a way that if anyone standing at the sink will be hit by anyone opening the door to the hall. The bathroom was so small, the door opening was like a tight restroom stall. Only florescent lights. Pool was disgusting, green. It was not clear to me if the pool could be cleaned and opened in 10 days for the Summer season. We only stayed there because the weekend we needed to stay in the area, there must have been a big event, since all the other hotels around had inflated prices. Motel 6 too, $130.00 for 2 adults and a child. Outside lock at the back of the hotel was supposed to be closed and only enter with motel key, The door was open all the time, like open 2 inches. Thus no safety in the motel.

Our room wasn’t ready even though we came after the check-in time. The hallways were dirty and smelled like weed and smoke; although, we paid for a non-smoking room, it also smelled like smoke.

Liked the location, however the hotel is old, needs paint and new carpet in the halls. The beds are cheap with poor mattress and thin pillows. There are no amenities other than a couple little bars of soap and some paper cups. There is some weak coffee and vending machines in the lobby. We stayed two nights but got no housekeeping service.

Check inn was terrible person could not find reservation had to paid for first night again to stay the night. That was Wednesday night Then Friday upon coming back to room at 11pm someone else was in my room. My stuff was in garbage bags and I had to pat again to stay Friday and Sat. Still waiting to get my refund because I had already paid.

They are running a scam that if you don't get there by 6 o'clock PM they Say they tried to charge you it didn't go through and when you get there 10 minutes late they only have the room available at a much higher rate like $200 VS $95 . I had my reservation for 2 months through espeedia and when I got there at 6:15 pm they said it was not good anymore...it cost me $750 vs $450 I had booked...i couldn't change because the last minute prices at all local hotels must add pricey... what's the point of making a reservation?

Blankets had holes in them, furniture was chewed up from what I can assume was guests bringing dogs in. The key card reader for the back door is broken, so anyone could walk into the hotel from the back door without a key. The key cards for the room also randomly deactivate throughout the day so we had to keep getting new ones. This happened even if we kept the cards away from phones, wallets, etc. The WiFi is abysmal, might as well not even offer it. I wanted to do some work but ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but she was the only good part about our stay.
