House overall worked well for us. We are healthcare workers and this place was right next to the hospital. We stayed during a snow storm and parked in the hospital garage. The walk over to the hospital was overall easy. The reviews stating that there is a slight weed smell especially on the first floor is accurate but not as bad on the second and 3rd floors. Qi was very accommodating when I asked to add 2 more people onto our reservation at the last minute. The place was overall very clean and beds comfortable. Great amenities such as towels and soap so we didn’t have to bring them. The person who slept on the 3rd floors heater and light in room did not work but the loft heater did. He said it was overall tolerable and slept well. We only slept there one day but we let Qi know and he said he’ll have it checked for the next guest. Qi was great and quickly responds to your concerns. Overall would definitely stay again in a snowy situation to any of our healthcare colleagues.

Not as advertised
Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend as the host is a middle man and the actual owner doesn’t seem to know or care. Avoid at any costs..
