Hello Dorothy, I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had while you stayed with us. We have been working hard to get the elevator in working condition, unfortunately during your stay we couldn't run it for safety reasons. As far as the front doors they do open all the way but I'm not sure why they weren't when you tried to use them. I will have someone look at that right away.
