“Very nice place to stay, and a great location in Bath. It was just an overnight for us, but we would return.”

“The house matches exactly what was described online. It's clean and cozy in a quite neighborhood. I'd rate it a five star and highly recommend!”

“Arriving at Orchid Harbor and taking in the view, sound, and smell of the ocean across the lawn makes all of the daily stresses of the mainland melt away. The century old house is charming, welcoming, and comforting. It feels like you are staying with good friends or family. With all of the living spaces, it feels roomy and cozy at the same time and wraps around you like a hug. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.……

“Absolutely amazing property, with a beautiful view. Perfect upgraded Maine coastal cottage experience. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy being in Maine. The location is super convenient as well.”

“If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!!”

“Home was perfect for our family gathering. The hosts were very responsive when we locked ourselves out of the house on July 4! Thank you!”

“House mostly as described, nice location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Brunswick center. Window A/C units in the bedrooms and living rooms kept the entire living space comfortable during our stay. Cons: house is "surface clean" but needs a deep clean (quite a bit of dirt/dust on the floor/under the living room rug and couch, on the windowsills etc.), which made pet toys get a bit gross. Not super-well equipped in the kitchen (e.g. no spatulas, oven-safe cookware, paper towels).”

“Ok Beautiful location price was on the high side but very clean and state of the art.”

“The house has 3 large bedrooms and a large backyard. It is private without being secluded. We were glad that we could bring our dogs! The house had everything we needed and a lot of extras. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook, etc. very clean as well. We visited several beaches in Harpswell. They are mostly rocky, with some sandy areas so my granddaughter could dig. Also some nice hikes close by. The area is beautiful.”

“The smell of the property was quite unpleasant. It had a urine smell. Large black ants alive and dead were in the living area and kitchen. The air unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. The dishwasher was extremely loud also. We opted the leave after one night.”

“Absolutely loved this beautiful place! Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.”
