In general, the facilities are reasonable and room are clean. However, hotel not flexible for even extension of 0.5 hr on check out time and staff seem to constantly change her position. This is the only hotel that I ever encountered such strict restriction

Great value for money. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were excellent. Area was safe and quiet. Nice pool area and gym was spacious but needed some maintenance and a/C. Many steps up to hotel front door could be an issue for some people. It's walkable to the markets and royal palace but only a cheap tuktuk ride otherwise. I highly recommend this hotel. I would have no hesitation to return here.

Great value for money hotel in convenient location. Walkable to the royal palace and the shopping markets. Nice spacious room with all the amenities in great order. Nice pool area. Great friendly helpful staff. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.

Everything was fine. There was nothing particularly special or extraordinary about the property. I was a little upset that after a stay of 13 or 14 nights in this hotel they refused to allow my wife to check out 30 minutes late the morning following my departure. Their breakfast buffet was average and I thought it was a little overpriced. Nice restaurants in the area charge less and have a much better selection.

looks clean but quality of staff would be low. when i asked where is police station located with specific reason i gave but the suggested place was wrong or out of question.on this point tuktuk driver seems far more reliable. when i asked about my missing item but no action to comfirm it but just say i dont know. out of question this too, so location is good and quality of hotel nice but no human support anymore. others wellknown coutries have.

Hotel 4 stelle, che non ne merita 2! La struttura è datata, austera, con finiture scarse. Le foto della piscina le hanno fatte con il grandangolo, gli spazi sono angusti. Abbiamo preso due camere, la nostra al terzo piano in un giorno presenta problemi alla cassaforte, cattivo odore dal bagno, ma soprattutto è vicina ad un montacarichi o qualcosa di similare per cui dalle 6 di mattina si sente un rumore fastidiosissimo che con cadenza di 10 secondi ogni due minuti ci toglie il sonno; ovviamente lo facciamo presente ma ci dicono che è un problema del ventilatore dell’aria condizionata…comunque problema non risolto! Nessuno ci ha proposto un cambio camera, però è impossibile che loro non siano a conoscenza di questo problema. Colazione scarsa e non molto igienica all’apparenza. La camera dei miei figli al 10 piano NON è stata rifatta il mattino seguente al nostro ingresso, nè pulita! In compenso per una bottiglietta di acqua ci hanno rincorso fuori dall’hotel!!!!! Se siete nella capitale cambogiana, evitate!! Ci sono altre strutture nettamente migliori!

We remember that you were very angry and refused to pay for two bottles of water that were consumed by your kids until we showed the evidence. Regarding the room cleaning, if you don't put the sign at the door, the housekeeping can't enter the room to clean.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work during the entire stay. Bathroom flooded because shower drain didn’t work very well. They sure said that breakfast buffet started at 6:30 and when I got there at 6:30 there was virtually no food and what was there was cold. the van they arranged for me to go to see siem reap was jampacked with very disappointing seats, and barely any air conditioning at all. I canceled the return trip and took the M bus.

No safe, no WiFi, ID must be held in reception
I stay in hotel more than 6 months of the year. I’ve been to thousands of hotels. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled due to the poor experience I had Firstly, upon check in the hotel had faulty WiFi, no connection at all, and it would be that way for my entire 5 day stay - crucial issue for most people but luckily I had a mobile hotspot connection The second issue is I brought a guest one of the days - the hotel make your guests deposit their ID/passport - a scan and signature from me the room holder, is not enough, they’ll force you to leave physical ID in reception until you leave - this is a ridiculous policy holding guests ID for ransom The third issue is the safety deposit box is faulty, it has limescale within the battery unit. Which means sometimes it randomly powers off and you cannot get your belongings. Despite leaving a cash deposit on check in, you cannot bill breakfast to your room. You have to bring physical cash every morning to have breakfast. One of the days the safe was faulty and my money and wallet was locked inside the safe. I went to breakfast and explained the issue to them and they refused to let me bill breakfast to my room or pay by Apple Pay This hotel has bad service - all of the staff are rude, I know it’s a cheap hotel but kindness and good service costs nothing If you need WiFi, or a safe in your room, or you don’t want to surrender your guests ID as collateral (despite then having card and prepaid deposit) then avoid

It seems like you have had bad experiences with us. Let me reply to your complaint below: 1.The wifi was cut off from the main server. 9000 users throughout the whole country suffered not only from our hotel. We did announce this inconvenience caused and offer compensation. 2.Your guest didn’t register with you upon check-in, that’s why we didn’t let her in without her original identity card deposited at the front desk and returned to her when she left ( only if you agree that she could leave). This policy is made to protect you. 3.The safe deposit use battery and it could be out of battery as normal. You just inform the receptionist and they will change the battery for you. It wasn’t a big deal to be a complaint at all. 4.We run this business for years, we have a lot of return guests because of our protective policies, staff, and services. The guest feedbacks are extremely valuable for our improvement but not yours. Maybe, we’re not the hotel service that you’ve been looking for. We will never change our extra guest joiner policy. Hotellet er rigtig fint, med en fin beliggenhed. Der er et bredt udvalg af morgenmad og deres cafe/restaurant, som man kan spise frokost/aftensmad på er overraskende god og billig. Receptionisterne tilbød en masse hjælp, men de kunne desværre ikke leve op til det. Vi fik vasket tøj vores tøj på hotellet, men tøjet blev overhovedet ikke rent, derudover var det også dyrt at få vasket sit tøj. Vi mistede noget af vores tøj og fik andres tøj. De tilbød transport til andre lande og byer, men det var også dyrt. Transporten tog lang tid før den kom, så jeg vil ikke sige de har ydet den service de kunne. Desuden var hotellets wifi rigtig dårlig. Det er et ok hotel, men man vil kunne finde noget lige så godt, hvis ikke bedre til en billigere pris.

Service way below standard
This was the fourth time staying here as each of the previous stays were good. However this will be the last time we stay there due to unsatisfactory service. In particular, the nightshift male front desk cover. He was particularly rude to my partner. He asked her for ID which was unwarranted, knowing full well I did not understand what he was questioning about. He was clearly not asking other guests the same. On a second occasion he was reluctant to say the least, to help with a problem with our keycard to the room. He claimed it was expired even though he had just watched me use it to gain lift access. In addition many, but not all, of the staff seemed uninterested in helping out with simple requests. This was disappointing as on previous visits that was not the case.

This procedure is required by the Immigration Department to secure the guest's safety. If you choose to stay in a standard hotel in Phnom Penh, they will do the same way. Only some low-standard hotels or guest houses, they won't care about it. Should you need any further information or assistant, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The staff is great and helpful. Room very clean. Pool is refreshing in the evening. The gym is a little bit outdated, but it is more interesting to explore the neighborhood then going to the gym! I would come back!

Very nice pool area with sun and shade. However mainly for sunbathers. Why not add a few umbrellas for those guests that cannot lie in the sun. Area around the hotel lacks restaurants

Convenient location, good selection at breakfast and they changed up the menu each day. Really friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop lounge was very convenient, we ate there nearly every night. Gym had a ping pong table, great space to relax or workout. The spa/steam room combo was the best.

직원들도 친절하며 호텔 침구상태도 청결하고 에어컨도 잘 작동해서 쾌적합니다. 호텔입구에서 오른쪽으로 걸어서 약 10분내외로 왕궁과 박물관을 갈 수 있고 주변에 큰 슈퍼도있으며, 번화가주변이지만 대로변은 아니라 차소리가 심하지않아 만족스러웠습니다. 그리고 마사지샵 고민중이라면 호텔로비에서 예약가능한 마사지추천해요 :) 가격은 주변보다 조금비싸다고 생각될수있는데 그래도 건전함이 보장되고 정말정말 시원하게 잘해줘요!! 10시부터 이용가능한 수영장뷰도 좋은데 수심이 160cm/40cm 라 수영못하시는 분들은 참고하셔야할거같아요.. 구석쪽방에서는 와이파이가 조금느릴수있는데 로비랑 복도에서는 빨랐어요. 다음에 또 캄보디아에 온다면 이 곳에 또 방문예정입니다♡

Nice place to stay. It was modern and clean. We were able to park underneath even though they have like 3 spots. Close to restaurants. Good value for your money.
