I LOVED my stay here. This is a GLBTQ friendly place, but that doesn't apply to me, but yet, they were wonderful. One day I got a massage and Khmer massages are fantastic. I ate delicious foods -- the Cambodian breakfasts and coffee are wonderful. The staff was attentive and helped with anything I needed, and always said hello to me. When I first arrived they brought me a cold towel and a drink and had me sit down. The pool is lovely with twinkling lights. The tuktuks come easily from the location and I adventured all about. They also have a mini bar fridge they stock with beers and water and sodas. So handy. I hope to return to their other location in Siam Reap and stay there as well. I definately recommend this place and will stay again if I am in town.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room and I misplaced my headphones in the room. My app is saying they’re at the resort but cleaning staff hasn’t been able to locate them I guess…. A very nice pool though.

The moment you arrive you feel you are welcomed as family. Above all else it is the staff that is unique from any hotel I have ever visited. They are warm , eager to please, and will try to fulfill any of your needs. The establishment has a cozy feeling and the food options are great. This is the second time I stayed at the Rambutan and I was as pleased as the first time I was there. If you plan to visit Siem Reap, I recommend highly the Rambutan property there as well

Great stay.
Really appreciated the cold wet face towel and welcome drink during the speedy and flawless check-in. There's an ongoing building construction next door so there was dust and noise. Luckily, it was a weekend so that was greatly reduced, and only bothered me some. Otherwise, a relaxing stay with a nice room and good breakfast. Too bad i didn't get to enjoy the tub in the balcony because of the dust and construction workers across.

Multiple stays here over the years. While the property is only 3 or 4-star, the service is 5-star++. You are treated like a pasha by one and all. Several “nearby” restaurants serve delicious Khmer foods. They are worth searching out.

Very nice room, helpful staff. Restaurant food was good. About 10-20 minutes tuk-tuk to Royal Palace. Plenty of cafes restaurants, ATMs nearby. Nice pool to cool off in. However, the A/C in our room was not very effective and fan speed was not sufficiently adjustable, making for a windy night. Take away breakfast on second day was disappointing as we were facing a long bus ride to Sihanoukville. Dry baguette, jam and banana.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt. Es wird an alles gedacht, auch an Kleinigkeiten. So fließt zum Aufladen aus einer Steckdose immer noch Strom, auch wenn durch Wegnahme des Schlüssels das Zimmer nicht mehr mit Strom versorgt wird. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, dem Gast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Als wir auf unseren Shuttlebus warteten und dem Manager die Wartezeit als zu lange vorkam, rief er ohne dass wir das verlangten, bei der Busgesellschaft an. Das Frühstück ist vorzüglich, vielleicht eine Spur zu knapp bemessen. Man sollte darauf achten, kein Zimmer zur Straße zu nehmen, da die Straße stark befahren ist. Negativ war eigentlich nur das viel zu enge Doppelbett.

While it is on the high-side price-wise, I'm always ensured of a comfortable and welcoming stay at Rambutan Resort when I'm in Phnom Penh. Excellent service, warm and welcoming.

A definite HIT with Rambutan Resort - Phonm Penh
A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The neighborhood was walkable and had some yummy restaurants. The rooms were spacious enough and quite comfortable. The breakfast was really super duper! Restaurant and bar both served tasty drinks and food. I like Rambutan so much, I am now at their sister hotel in Siem Reap.

스텝들이 모두 광장히 친절하고 조식도 부페식이 아니라 메뉴에서 골라 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 작은 리조트형이라 투숙객도 북적이지 않아서 좋았구요. 다만 객실키가 아직 열쇠키형이라 여닫을때 좀 불편했습니다. 이외에는 전반적으로 굉장히 만족했습니다.

３泊しました。落ち着いた雰囲気の清潔なリゾートホテルが住宅街の中にある印象です。ここはスタッフの笑顔や態度がとても良いです。朝食メニューはどれもおいしかったです。コンビニやスターバックスが近くにありますし、市の中心部やイオンモールへ、トゥクトゥクで5～10分2～3ドルで行けますから、不便は全く感じません。車の半日借上45ドルもすぐ対応してくれました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

2階のデラックス・プールビューでしたがバルコニーに出るガラスのドアの鍵が壊れていて少しセキュリティに不安がありました。 それ以外は特に問題はありません。朝食はちょっと物足りない感じですが、言えばいろいろ持ってきてくれます。スタッフの皆さんはとても感じがよく、テキパキと仕事されていて好感が持てました。 ただ、蚊が多くて虫よけは必須です。
