Room was ok. The fridge didn’t work very well and we had to ask management how to turn it on. When we pulled out the fridge to try and plug it in, it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. No soap, had to use shampoo instead. As for the rooftop bar, hasn’t been used in years !

I booked a room at the Seventh Circle of Hell-tel because I thought it had a pool and a bar. It had neither. As a previous reviewer accurately mentioned, the bar is now decrepit looking storage area. I took a look and stumbled across a pair of hobos sleeping there. I was told the pool was closed. Amend your fraudulent description of your facilities! You only have a choice of 2 meals for breakfast in the dining area however, the site of cockroaches running across the table put me off eating. Room was serviced only ONCE in a week! Dear staff, do you know those signs they have in normal hotels you hang on the door - 'do not disturb/please make up room'? Well, invest in some of those signs and change the duvet when you 'clean' the room you lazy devils.

Upon arrival they tried to tell me I didn't have a room reserved and only conceded when I showed my itinerary. Then when I asked when they offered the free breakfast, they claimed that there wasn't one. Again, my itinerary. Then they didn't offer to help with our luggage. Then we went to check on the pool and they tried to get us not to use it by saying it's to cold. When we went up anyway we were disgusted. The pool was completely green from never being cleaned. The bar area looked as though it was more of a storage area. Then when we went down for breakfast we were given 2 choices of what we could eat. Beverages were NOT included and the coffee was horrible. The pictures that are shown are definitely ancient as only the outside barely resembles the actual look. I can't say strongly enough, DO NOT GO HERE!!! My trip was during the third week of February 2022.

Nice and quiet place. Easy for shopping and things. If they can provide breakfast, not only pork will be good. And twin double bed room is nice and large.

Electronic card access to the room was denied at first. Room had an aweful smell and had to change room. Stains on bed sheets. Room didn’t get cleaned and we were told it only gets cleaned every two days. Sound proofing is nonexistent! My wife and I could hear people’s text messages and footsteps outside the room. Please do not go!

L’hotel N’etait Pas au courant de ma réservation j’ai du payer 2 fois ma chambre, site de réservation + hôtel lui même! Quand je suis arrivé, les draps n’etaient Changés, il y avait de la poussière partout, des toiles d’araignees, l’eau courante du robinet était marron!!! Je déconseille vivement

J’y ai attrapé un rhume
Cet hôtel correspond à un 2* en France. La clim donne directement sur le lit. Le dimanche pas de ménage. La piscine sale. Le petit dej. Il faut bien se nourrir. Loin du centre ville.
