Nice and quirky
We spent little time in the unit as we were in town for a family illness. It was a nice place to come back to in the evening. Very functional kitchen. Quirky set up good for a single person or a couple.

Live and learn
Pros - Within walking distance to all the Old Town Scottsdale offerings. Good parking, quiet neighborhood and very nice neighbors. Owner is very easy to work with. On some of the cons below, she offered to help immediately.
Cons - Description not accurate. Laundry is not in condo, have to go to small building in back and pay $2.25 per load via credit card. An auto drip coffee make was not available, rather a french press. We went out and bought an auto drip for our stay. Cable TV is minimal, only very basic channels. Upon arrival, floors were dirty, some dishes were dirty and the entire unit was dusty. Owner did waive the cleaning fee, which was a plus. Condo is very small, no doors on bathroom or bedroom. Open concept, more like a studio apt. Patio was cluttered and the view is limited since a 3 story condo was built across the alley. Shower and bathroom are very small. Bed area was crowded with a wooden cabinet in front of the window and a small refrigerator as an end table.
Next time I utilize Home Away, I will ask questions before I book a condo. Misleading information led to a somewhat disappointing stay for the amount we paid.
