Great for what we needed

It was a nice clean quiet place that fit our weekend needs. 3 things1. Bed was terribly hard, noisy and uncomfortable so I had to sleep on the couch. 2. Shower curtain kept blowing in and sticking making showing difficult. 3. Bathroom vanity seemed to have contact paper on it that was very sticky and grainy. But other wise it was decorated cute. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Communication prior to trip was great and with Thomas with after hours arrival. Thank you!Amy and Kevin

Needs changes made

items: clean, quiet, secure building, well decorated, convenient to main road, 15-20 min from MESA airport, quick response from host when I told them about issues; had bathroom towels and wash clothes (plenty); large walk in closet; big dresser; plenty of outlets; good microwave & refrigerator. This could be a Great stay IF it got stocked up and the repairs were made; and new queen bed with good mattress:negative items: - smoke alarms were in a kitchen cabinet not mounted-No supplies. Needed to get hand soap, dish soap (no dish clothes), paper towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, hangers (had 2 available in huge closet), and we borrowed sheets from family b/c of its satin sheets (slick, then sticky when hot). - FULL sized bed (ad said QUEEN)- bed was way too soft/bouncy when someone rolled over- satin sheets (not our preference) and horrible crunchy plastic under sheets that we had to remove- door in bathroom needed hinge fixed- toilet water ran in tank (we turned it off for quiet at night)- shower curtain bar only balanced on shower/fell once- only 2 hangers- knobs missing from dresser- 2 plates, 2 bowls, no coffee mugs (coffee maker in cabinet)- 1 fork and 3 spoons, 1 sharp knife, a few pans, pancake turner (no oil, spices, etc for cooking)- please reverse doors on refrigerator so it opens right way

Nice, neat, updated, quiet, secure, and well priced!

Didn’t know what to expect, as this was the first apartment rental I have booked (usually do a house), but was pleasantly surprised by everything. The kitchen was perfect had utensils and cookware,,there was a patio,and lots of space.
