King Suite was a good size and clean. The small fridge and microwave are nice amenities. What was terrible was a barking dog left in the room adjoining ours! Starting late afternoon the poor dog barked about every 15 minutes, or more if it heard a noise. This went on until after 10:45 pm. The woman at the front desk was kind and said she'd tried to reach the owners, but no answer. What kind of people do that to and with their dog?! Nothing could be done... The next day I emailed the manager, as I was given her card. I asked what the pet policy is and for compensation. I was told no compensation for our unpleasant stay and that guests "sign a pet policy form". I replied asking what is the policy? "Is there no large fine to detour someone leaving their barking dogs all night?" I did not receive a reply. I've stayed at hotels with my dog and have to sign that I agree Animal Control will be called to remove my dog if it's alone barking. Guess what, I didn't leave my dog alone. It's not hard - Get a Rover sitter if you need to go out. A plea to dog owner's - please don't ruin it for all of us and the dogs.
Unfortunately this experience made our stay very disappointing.
