  • Fully furnished 1-bedroom second floor unit with covered parking. This condo has it all! Fully furnished and loaded with great stuff. Upgraded granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, high-end furnishings, all the bedding and towels, flatware & cooking items, glassware, dishware and misc. utensils. Meticulously maintained by the owner. Full size washer and dryer included. Private patio. Separate dining area off the kitchen. Community heated 2 pools and spa just steps away. Outdoor BBQ grills and new outdoor furnishings around the pool. Clubhouse includes fitness area, reading room, media & business center, theater room. Beautifully landscaped grounds and a gated community. 10 minute walk to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter

Very nice accomodations. Great owner!

Great second floor condo. Nicely decorated. South facing large patio off the living room and dining room. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner!

Awesome!

Unit was a lot better than the pictures. It is very specious, within a safe gated community, in a great location. The owner is also great and very easy to communicate with. The pools are very close to the unit and the balcony is great to relax during the evening.

Definitely the location.

This condo is ideally located for someone who wants to be close to great shopping, dining and other Scottsdale activities. It is well maintained and the host is very accommodating and provides added amenities like arrival flowers. I have yet to hear back from him on my deposit but I expect it is because he is busy. I recommend this peaceful location in the midst of Scottsdale hubbub. It is also very safe and secure.
