The hotel is not nearly as nice as they make it look in the pictures, but that isn't a surprise. We were just looking for an easy stay for a quick overnight and thought that this would be acceptable. Boy, were we wrong! The room was dirty, one of the beds didn't have a blanket, the room AC was noisy (which wasn't all bad - It at least drowned out the noise from outside that came through the very thin walls). Worst of all, they put us in a smoking room when we had very specifically reserved a non-smoking room. When we asked at the front desk, they shrugged at us and told us there was nothing that they could do. It was too late for us to leave and find another hotel (which we regretted later!), so we just dealt with it. Big mistake. Everything smelled like smoke - All the clothes we had on, everything in the suitcases, backpacks and US. We had to take time out of vacation later to do laundry just to get useable clothes. Never, ever, ever again will I stay in a place like this.

We showed up to the hotel at midnight ready to check in only for them to tell us they cancelled my reservation because they had no more rooms left . And mind you I had my kids with me I had to go look for somewhere else to stay

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not cleaned, besides bed made. Hair all over room. Towels had stain. Sheets smelled. Property unsafe with multiple arrests and police visits over weekend. Just terrible terrible experience. Room pictures are inaccurate and deceiving

Motel 6 isn't some fancy luxury place. However, the price is right. We were in Phoenix for my sister's funeral and had spent a lot of money on other things. We just needed a place to rest and this place worked. You won't find luxury but you will find a kjnd and considerate staff, a decent bed to rest, TV, good internet service, and the location makes it easy to get to the airport or access freeway system. I felt safe and comfortable there and would recommend it to others who don't want to pay the big bucks for a hotel with amenities that you don't have time to use anyway.

Wow.. I don’t even know where to start. I knew I was staying at a motel 6 so I never had high expectations. But as soon as we walked in there was an extremely smell of cigarette that at this time my nose is still hurting from the strong smell. As if that was not bad enough both beds had huge cigarette burn holes on them and were very dirty. I was thankful I had a couple of covers in my car that we could use. Then we went to take a shower and there was dirt or sand of some kind in the tub. I understand that we didn’t pay much for one night but it’s no excuse for a room to look in that condition. I would never ever stay there. I will pay the extra hundred dollars for at least no cigarette smell and clean sheets. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The staff that I interacted with was great, and they had a room when I needed it at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the room simple, but functional. The property is a budget motel, and it lives up to that expectation. There are maintenance issues, including a broken door latch that had me worried I was stuck inside for a few minutes. I never got the wifi to work, but I didn't try very hard.

Motel 6 was not what they advertised. The property was in bad condition. Seemed like a very bad crowd of people. Alot of pot smokers, yelling in the middle of the night, bad room condition. Specially where they advertise non smoking rooms but walk in and smells like someone just put a cigarette out. Laundry was a horrible mess with paper out of order signs put i do not recommend this place even if its just the free wifi

Staff was great, on my visit the Wi-Fi cut out once or twice, the I've machine was broken but the staff at circle K basically next door was very helpful. I traveled alone, did not feel unsafe during my stay, and no damage incurred to rental car in lot. Might be specific to my room type, but no microwave mini-fridge or coffee pot but they offered coffee @ 6am in lobby. Check-in/out was a breeze, front office staff 24/7. Would stay here again for a short trip.

The room was very neglected. It was dirty and they gave us a smoking room and I had a hard time breathing. One of the beds was pressed all the way against the air unit and someone either had to freeze at night or the entire room would be hot. Stains on the bathroom wall and trash in thr corner of the room. There was also strange activity outside all night and the stair well outside was rusted out and not safe to step on. Far over priced for the amenities provided.
