Spacious, clean and comfy! Large (950sqft+) 2 bedroom 1 bath unit with high end mattresses, comfy pillows and quality linens at an incredible value. Fresh comfortable furniture in the living room to enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube access. Conveniently located in the midst of Phoenix. Stay with us in confidence supported by our reviews. Private back patio. Community laundry.
The space
Upon arrival to this open concept ground level unit you enter the living room featuring a 65 inch smart tv and comfortable sofa and recliner seating. There is a work space overlooking a large window with plenty of natural light adjacent to the living room. Past the living room you come upon a dining room table within the large open format kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking and dining needs. Past the kitchen you have a private rear patio with outdoor seating. Both bedrooms feature dual nightstands w/ lighting, ceiling fans, large closets, and black-out curtains. The master has a king and secondary bedroom has a queen. The bathroom is separating the two bedrooms.

This is an entire private unit, self check in property, keys are located in a lockbox for your retrieval.
