The living room is nice and open to the dining room and kitchen electric fireplace and large TV. The backyard offers comfortable seating and lounging areas, built in BBQ with an outdoor kitchen. Large pool with spa, and Baja deck, pool fence. Plenty of room to hang out and catch some sun.

Outside Trash: Trash can is in the alley. The recycle can is in the front and will be pulled to the curb and back again after pick up by a trash concierge service. Only RECYCLE materials go in the recycle bin, no trash. If the city does not pick up the recycle due to non-recycle items, guests will be charged for pick up.
