Convenient Location

Clean and Convenient. Both TVs are online and the internet speed is great. Visit La Cucina and order the lobster ravioli (you can thank me later.) Would definitely stay here again.

getaway to warm

The wife and I were anxious to warm up after an endless winter in the west. We found the condo covered all our needs. Grocery stores and nice restaurants were walking distance. The pool was great and the local residents were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful place, great location!

I stayed here for two months and it was almost perfect! There was a leak from the fridge which created a puddle in the kitchen some days, but I’m sure this has been fixed since. Also, there was no plunger, filtered water, or product to clean the floor with, just some necessities I didn’t think I’d have to pay for. Other than these minor inconveniences, this place was fantastic. Great location and beautifully decorated, the king bed was SUPER comfortable.

Great location in North Scottsdale

The condo was clean and had nice flooring and a decent couch. It’s located close to the heated pool which we used almost everyday. People were very friendly at the pool. This condo needs a dresser in the one and only bedroom to be able to put away clothes, a new toaster, the following appliances are dated and very loud dishwasher, washer , bathroom vent fan . No bath mat was provided and more more hand towels are needed.

Scottsdale stay

Property was very well situated to everything we were looking for. Close to hiking and golf. Although there was no tennis on the property nice courts were only a few minute drive away. Pool and gym were very nice. An added bonus was AJ Fine Foods my new favourite grocery store, Which was within walking distance. Wes the property manager met us upon our arrival and was available when we had an issue. Only complaint was the cable kept cutting out. It was fixed by rebooting the system

The pictures definitely made it look better than it was. The stairway up to the condo was not clean. It looked old. Baseboards in bathroom especially were not clean. Towel bar & toilet holder were almost falling off. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

3 beautiful weeks at Villa Captiva

We were met promptly by the property manager and he was always available for any questions or issues we had. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, fitness center and gas grill area. We were disappointed that the sauna and steam room were under repair during our stay but that is not the fault of latitudes8. We really enjoyed the area, convenient for walking, restaurants and shopping. Be sure to try the Hash Kitchen for brunch and La Torretta for delicious Italian food. The only things I would request before our next visit would be barbecue tools and bar height chairs on the balcony. Otherwise it was perfect!
