Amazing experience

What an awesome place. It has everything you could need for a large family or a few friends. Everything was incredibly clean, well kept, and as advertised. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and would absolutely stay again.

Relaxing getaway in old town

Plenty of room, lovely pool, fun game room, well stocked kitchen with modern appliances, beautiful landscaping creates a private, quiet space with frequent visits from peach faced lovebirds.

This property had everything we needed and more. Excellent location to old Scottsdale, all walkable. There were a number of entertainment areas that allowed our group to spread out when needed. Yard was outstanding, pool was great and kept warm even in Jan. The verggies from the garden were a very nice touch. Would def recommend we also used the chef services and the meal was excellent.

Perfect house

This house is exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean with incredibly comfortable beds and couches. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and the ample shade made it even more enjoyable. While the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn’t use it much because there are so many excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable stay in a fantastic location. The management was responsive, efficient, and very professional throughout our stay.

Family Getaway

Fabulous…with a few caveats Caveats:not inexpensive; would be nice to have some basic condiments like salt, pepper, some basic spices, cooking/olive oil, laundry detergent available Fabulous-lovely home with awesome Master BR. Plenty of space for 6 adults and a baby. Incredible patio/outdoor space. Very usable and enjoyed by all. Nice to have the safety fence around the pool with our toddler. Loved the fresh spinach celery limes and lettuce from the garden Grear location everything within 10min by car (old Town, Spring Training, groceries Craft 64 pizza and beer etc, but quiet with no drunks on the lawn. Our family loved the place. Well worth it IMHO

Girls Trip Success

The perfect house for a bachelorette party or girls trip. The outdoor area is amazing, and we also loved the vanity mirrors for getting ready. We did have some trouble with the master bath toilet room, so wouldn’t recommend shutting or locking the door.

Amazing Property - Don’t Let Poor Policies Ruin That

The Old Town Farm is an amazing property. We loved hanging out in the pool and game room, making wood fired pizzas, and beds were very comfortable. The only thing a property management company needs to do is let this place shine. Focusing on efficiency with supplies is what the Motel 6 is supposed to do, not a luxury property management company. Make sure all household essentials are overstocked, so the only thing guests have to do is bring groceries and beverages and just relax. If your guests ever have to purchase household items, you know your property management policies need updating.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

We spent three nights at this wonderful property and greatly enjoyed its many amenities. There are numerous living spaces indoors and outside to relax. We took advantage of the pool, jacuzzi, and game room every day. There are numerous outdoor umbrellas you can place throughout the property to provide shade as you use the amenities outside. The decor of the home is cozy and comfortable. The AC worked very well, even in the 115 degree heat. A few of the strawberries in the garden were ripe and they were delicious. We highly recommend this property, which is a 2 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk (but for the extreme heat) from Old Town Scottsdale.

Great property!

Love the house, the decor, the yard. Super clean except for the vape pen, nuts and pills we found under the master bedroom bed and nightstand. Need hangers in master closet, and more in other bedrooms, and hot tub wouldn’t heat. No instructions provided for hot tub use or troubleshooting, shower in master, light in master closet, and the DACK app was utterly useless. Never worked and had to use master code provided by property manager. No instructions for Wi-fi. Honestly loved the place but needs some tweaks for ease of use.

The house was perfect in every way

The mgt company not so much. 3 different door codes received prior to arrival, had to call to get another for the game room. Got high noise alerts via text message in the middle of the night when we were all asleep 3 different nights!!! We were traveling with a baby who wakes up at night but was not outside and didn’t wake up any others in the house. The door alarms were super annoying as well. Since the pool was fenced for the little ones it seemed unnecessary unless you have teenagers who would try to sneak out. Loved the pool, hot tub and garden. Nice to have a few basic supplies and seasonings and a pretty well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bath supplies were nice. Plenty of towels. Perfect location for visiting the zoo, aquarium, train park and children’s museum and old town Scottsdale.

Week at Old Town farm to table

A most enjoyable stay at this newly and well renovated home. High end finishes, nicely appointed throughout with a great eye for details. Kitchen fully fitted out with everything you need, pool area and outdoor dining and bonus game room with ping-pong, packman, shuffleboard! Quiet and clean neighborhood with similar renovated homes along the block and a short walk to Old Town.
