Condo was clean and spacious. The host was quickly responsive to any question we had on check in day. We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent with may restaurants and shopping very nearby. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Rick's condo. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable condo. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. Condo very well located close to all types of shopping. Rick was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Great home away from home

The suite was as promised. It was sparkling clean and well appointed. Appreciated the attention to detail such as night lights sprinkled throughout. The suite is in a central location. Lots of hiking trails and other activities nearby. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We have rebooked already!

Perfect location and Very clean

This condo was perfect for us (couple,) or a family or even 2 couples. Great location, quiet. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walgreens within walking distance. Easy drive to highways. Rick was within easy reach and available for any questions. The pool was warm yet refreshing! We highly recommend! FYI, pack lighter than we did as there are 32 steps and with a washer and dryer, you don't need much!

Great place to stay!

Everything about this VRBO was great! From the booking to the checking out, the host and everything in between! Location was great, 10 to 20 min from the airport, Sloan ball field, Olde Town Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and so much more! Very clean, comfortable, great pool. Would definitely stay here again!

9 day stay in February 2025

Rick’s condo was in a quiet neighborhood adjoining a golf course. Beds were very comfortable. The unit was close to restaurants and grocery stores with a paved walking path right outside the back door. Third floor unit overlooked the heated pool and hot tub. Most of our days were spent hiking in the hills and we had 100 trails within a 15 minute drive.

We were very pleased with the condo. We've spent a number of winters in Scottsdale and agreed that this was one of the very best condos we've rented. It was a great location with shopping in walking distance and was right on a golf course with a great walking path. Rick was very responsive to any questions. We really couldn't have asked for more.

The condo was clean. Everything worked just fine. Rick was available if needed and very prompt with a response. The veranda in the A.M. is a great place to take in the morning coffee and newspaper. The pool and hot tub were both great. My wife enjoyed some long walk on the adjacent path of the golf course. All in all, a great stay. Trader Joes and Whole foods right across the street. Nice restaurants very close. Thanks so much, Rick!

Well appointed unit and convenient location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, conveniently located and within walking distance of groceries (Whole Foods/Trader Joe's) and local eateries. The pool was lovely and the neighbors very friendly. We rented an electric car which required use of a charging station just south of us (also within walking distance) near the Torchy's Taco place.

Doesn't disappoint

Great location and host. Cannot beat the location. Nice balcony (great umbrella there...can get hot...lol). Thoughtfully appointed with great internet and TV as well as discount tokens for local businesses.
