Great and comfortable aparthotel. Nice location and pool. Buyer beware: there is no housekeeping service unless you pay a lot extra each time !?!?!; TV has no cable; Parking is a daily charge per night; all is done online and lots of work in advance to check in and reserve parking; front desk not manned 24/7 and need codes to access things so if you're not tech saavy it's a chore.

One of our rooms had immense cigarette damage. There is no number to call for service. There is a number that you can text but it is an offshore customer service operation where they bounce you around between different reps to give you the run around until you give up. The smell and air quality was so bad that we were waking up coughing and congested. They told us they were escalating the issue to a manager but could not get anyone in the phone, and each time we followed up they would revert the request back down to the operational level (beginning). The second room we had was great but they would not do anything about the room with smoke damage and communication was a 0/10.

People were very nice. Bed sheets were not good (too small, stained, and ripped … had to get new ones and it was also ripped), closet door knob was not connected and laying in the floor. Bath towels were too few and stained. No shelf in shower and out of shower gel (had to request more). Property conditions had definitely dropped since previous stay and price increased.

The traffic all night on Scottsdale Drive is incredibly loud. Worse than NY! Only other complaint would be NO Coffee Pot. Which is huge for me. Had to walk a mile or 1.5 miles for coffee depending on how early places opened. I like to drink my coffee as soon as Inwake up, in my PJ’s. Also the sofa is rock hard. Chair ok. It’s bare bones. But great security measures.

The property and space was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The furnishings otherwise were a little sparse, especially in living area. No patio furniture. The kitchen was not well stocked with cooking utensils. No coffeemaker which seemed very odd. The biggest deal was the fact we were given one set of towels per person (2). And no pool towels. We stayed for 4 nights. We requested more and they said that they were going to contact housekeeping but we never saw any. It’s unfortunate because this a great vacation option but the execution and extra care was lacking making it more disappointing than anything.
