A dump/homeless shelter, my first room, roach infested, move to another room worse than the first one roach infested, so moved to the third room, roach infested but not as bad, drinking and drug use in public areas party time when the sun goes down till 3 AM, couldn’t get sleep tried calling the office. No one answering the phone ever, saw absolutely no security, homeless, and drug addicts and sketchy people roaming the place, no one picking up after their dogs company policies and rules not being enforced at all. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place.

My room was dirty and roach infested. There was broken furniture. We had a lot of homeless and sketchy people roaming around the property no one picking up after their dogs, drinking and drug use in public loud music and noise. No one ever answering the phone in the office no security that I saw this is not a safe place.

The housekeeping staff were way behind. I arrived at the hotel at 630pm, and they were still cleaning room. Initially I was told my room was not available, and I'd have to wait about an hour. But Sebastian, the staff member at checkin desk asked me to wait and he went and checked personally and came back and said he had a room. The room was in poor shape. The mattress had little support, initially there was no wash cloth, the toilet backed up and I found a roach in the sink. When I went to check out, there was no one at the desk, I had to wait about 20 minutes.

I gave it two stars because the staff was friendly. That was good, because after two requests and during the four day stay, our room was never made up or cleaned. We had to get our own towels and TP. There were no bugs, but I’m surprised with a large gap around the door, which also let in smoke from those standing outside smoking.The bedding was clean despite the old cigarette burn holes in the sheet and blanket. Floor was dirty. bathroom was dirty.

Room had a hole in the bathroom door. Large portions of the paint on the wall was pealed away in multiple spots. The room said it was a non smoking room but wreaked of smoke. The chair was broken. On a positive not the landscaping and exterior were will maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

DISGUSTING!! Expedia should not be affiliated with this property! Room was tore up. Smelled like smoke. Keys didn't work. No bathroom door handle. Cabinet doors broken. Unsavory people outside working on vehicles. Needle on the ground entering the office door. Demanded our money back and couldn't leave fast enough.

Room was DIRTY. Homeless sleeping under outside stairs. Linens and bathroom FILTHY. If traveling with kids don't stay here. Sign in room said keep doors double locked. No amenities not even a hairdryer. Light was flickering like a stribe light. Tub faucet was falling off the wall. GROSS AND DISGUSTING. Because of no refund policy we were stuck.

ROACHES! Found dead and alive roaches in my room. No one at front desk for almost an hour, and water was so disgusting and chlorinated I had to shower again after I left. I’ve stayed at a lot of cheap hotels, this was the worst and the first time I had to leave.

Well everything was good except we had no tv for the entire stay because someone had took the cable from the wall to the tv and we went to front desk and they said it was no way to get one until the maintenance man came back to work on Monday so all weekend from Friday until Monday no tv at all. That’s really the only complaint. Everything else was good!

Horrible horrible!!.. The pictures advertised looke like a completely different hotel..this hotel was DIRTY!!.. the table had koolaod and food stains..towel racks broken hanging off the wall. floor and walls dirty full of handprints. Could not get ahold of staff will never stay again.

I paid for a 2 bed and got 1. The whole facility was disgusting. I walked in the room and walked right back out. It was filthy. Didn't even stay there. Didn't feel safe to even go talk to anyone about it. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.

Do not stay here. Dirty bedspread with holes. Thin towels. Stained countertops in the otherwise very clean kitchenette. Water pressure was very strange for the bathroom sink and made it unusable without spraying water all over. Hair still left in the shower from previous guests. Gaps in the laminated floors. But you can park right outside the room and there's a fridge.
