Did not live up to advertising

I arrived and there were City Of Phoenix trucks parked all over the property. They werent doing work. They were just parked there. I had nowhere to park or even get my stuff to the unit i was supposed to stay in for the week.

Simple cozy place with everything I needed

Note: I rated excellent for everything. But for some reason, under cleanliness, it won't let me check that box.It's a cozy apartment with just a perfect amount of space. It has a full kitchen, and my favorite part, an outside private area where you can eat, drink, write, listen to music, or just sit and relax. There's a generous amount of silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, towels and linens. I had to get a can opener, as I didn't see one there, but no big deal. Plenty of appliances and supplies, including a coffee maker, ironing board and microwave. There are two TVs, plenty of mirrors, and some desk space where one can work if need be. The couches are extremely comfortable, and I love the coffee table. Plenty of closet, drawer and shelf space. There's a table in the kitchen that can also be used as a bar. The outside area does have a small table and two lounge chairs. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the atmosphere is very peaceful, with birds singing every morning. I would definitely stay here again.
