Room was clean except we didn’t have tissue or hand soap in our bathroom the room has a modern update compared to another extended stay I stayed in no complaints the price was right for a one night stay! Staff was polite!

Decent place for the price

The place was clean and big as expected from an extended stay. There were also a few food places and shops that walking distance but not great choices. It was comfortable and the service was as expected. What wasn’t convenient was that the hotel only had one entrance/exit. The bathtub was moldy. Also the air conditioner didn’t seem to cool the room. It just suddenly blasted air and it was cold near it for a moment then it got hot again. That made sleeping difficult because it was constantly hot and cold

The lady at check in was very friendly. Stains on pillow cases, blanket and shower curtain were very dirty. The brand new looking paint on the outside of the building made me feel as if the inside would match, it did not. The inside hallways and room looked very used, worn and dirty. Walking up to the only entrance and exit were 3-4 undesirable looking men smoking and spitting on the sidewalk, I had to dodge stepping on the spit land mines. If it wasn’t for the excellent, friendly check in lady, I may have turned away and went somewhere else. Place inside needs to be rehabbed.

Be cautious

Always read reviews! Pictures are very deceiving for this hotel. Staff was very nice upon check in but everything else was not up to my personal standards. Hotel has an off smell about it, room looked nothing like the picture shown on here. Bed sheets were dirty and floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Microwave made a really strange noise all night and overall cleanliness was very poor. The area is not very good either. Luckily we weren’t close to the road but wouldn’t dare walk around outside at night. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. It’s okay if you just want a place to sleep for a few hours and then leave but wouldn’t recommend much more than that.

Honesty goes a long way!

I gotta say the price on my stay was pretty reasonable. Something I was able to manage. As for my comfort, it was nice. I was able to get a good nights rest. I appreciated the kitchenette area. I love to cook. However, I had to go out and buy supplies for cooking as well as for eating.I understand some, but not all! I asked the front desk clerk, why they didn’t provide the basics? Her response was very informative, I really appreciated her knowledge. I didn’t expect the answer I got with no judgment at all. I have much respect for her, you know who you are young lady. The only complaint I would have is on management. At checkout I was being rushed, knowing that I was disabled, rushing me out and speaking very rudely to me doesn’t get It to be a five star hotel rating. Please it’s time to check ur staff, if it weren’t for her, it would be a 5 STAR *.You know who you are lady with the short hair. A special thanks to the maintenance guy who returned my flat iron. There needs to be more people or staff like you. thank you for your honesty and I believe it will go a long way. You deserve a raise. Blessings to all, keep up the good work. Job well done :)

The building looks beautiful but that’s how they get you. There literally was a meth pipe on the ground. Rooms are very dated and run down. You literally have to wake up the front desk staff the the phone they have there.

This was a bad choice on my part. I should’ve known better. It had one entrance and one exit. The staff asked me to check the room before I accepted it, but because of the late time, I really didn’t have a choice. Just not a good choice.

The staff for the area was the same as what was hanging out in the front drinking beer homeless lot of traffic in front of office staff or maintenance did not come and help with repair to TV a little rough and thug looking again it just matched what was needed because of what is outside dangerous area unsafe
