Clean and comfortable room, bad service quality.
It's a 5 star level resort, but service quality is 3 star level only, when I checked in at reception around 1apm, and wait almost 1 and half hours to my room at 2:30pm. When the waiting time, no one to ask me what i need, until i asked reception waitress to get 1 more arrival tea. Service quality is really worst. But i have to say the others are best, just like room facility, clean and comfortable, nice buffet breakfast.

The Fusion resort is spectacular in terms of facilities and staffs. However, the spa centre had brought me a little bit of disappointment especially on the advanced booking arrangement. Lastly, I would expect better quality of food supplied in Pezcá though it wasn’t bad at all.

Every is great. Our villa view is private and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the free massages :) The restaurant is underwhelming though and the booking was a bit inconvenience as it was very vague on the total number of people. All staff are very friendly and helpful! This resort is very close to the beach (it's within 3 minutes by walking from our room) which is excellent! You need to take a Taxi at the front of the hotel if you want to go anywhere. Some Theme Parks and the Safari are within 15-minutes drive from this hotel. This hotel is in the North of the island, if you want to go the the South of the island it will take you at least 45-minute drive to get there. The fare of Taxi is NOT cheap!

The staff, the villa, the beach were fantastic. Sadly the villa pool tiles & grout were very discoloured and garden dry and brown or bare in places though. But we did not pay full price though so ok. When we booked in October there seemed to be a choice of food options and prices. Now one menu, with similar price for everything. Spa treatments ok but difficult to ask questions and some not particularly therapeutic.

Exceptional Stay
Incredible stay, best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Exceptional service, fantastic food, and excellent facilities. Spa treatments were the cherry on top. Absolutely devastated the hotel is closing as would have loved to return.

Just OK
Our stay at Fusion resort was not as good as we expected, mostly due to the service. The staff was very nice but the service was not that of a five star resort. Before we arrived, we were asked to check in online to make the check in process smoother (we thought this was great), but when we arrived, we were asked to check in again, and the process was extraordinarily slow. We were then told to wait at the restaurant until our room was ready and once we finished eating, we waiting over 30 minutes and spoke to four people before we were able to find someone to help us check in. Every time we ordered a meal at the restaurant our drinks arrived after our appetizers. There were not many beach chairs available so we often had to wait for someone to get up before we had a chair we could use. The system of WhatsApp, plus their app was confusing and meant we spent a lot of time navigating different communications systems. I thought The spa was lovely and highly recommend it.

施設も去ることながら、ホスピタリティが非常に素晴らしかったです！どの方も親切な印象でしたし、英語も通じやすかったですし、日本語を話すスタッフ（非常に流暢、聞けば日本への留学＆就業経験がある）の方もいらっしゃいました。 感動したのが、白くて澄んだビーチです。流木一本落ちていない非常に綺麗なコンディションでした。 前後して近隣のホテルにも滞在していたのですが、そちらのビーチは綺麗なものの結構貝や流木が落ちていたのに対して、フージョンリゾートは本当に綺麗！！！比較できたことで、この美しい海辺が、手入れされているものと気づくことができました。 行き届いたサービスに感銘を受けました。
