性价比一般
酒店地理位置尚可，共预定了三间房，酒店给免费升级了两间，但入住的房间卫生条件总体一般。其中一间房内床单较脏，同时门后发现有用过的浴帽等洗漱用品。其他两间房尚好，酒店的早餐可以，中晚餐如果自带酒水会加收服务费，延时退房也加收额外费用。从酒店去海滩需要走10分钟路。

非常一般的酒店
酒店地點在長灘大路旁, 附近有好多餐館選擇, 步行20分鐘左右就可到達夜市 關於酒店, 房間大小適中, 不過一進房間已發現好多螞蟻在枱上活動, 反映清潔不到位 因坐落大街旁, 早上非常嘈吵, 窗簾沒有遮光布, 基本上只能早睡早起 早餐就2-3標準, 基本沒有選擇, 味道就不用說啦 至於泳池就在酒店正門旁(對著大街), 大小就覺得似水池多過泳池, 本人就沒有興趣一邊吸塵一邊暢泳 總體來講, 如每晚價格可調低3成左右, 都不失為一個理想留宿的酒店

Bad experience
No gym whatsoever as advertised. Breakfast is below average because too sweet or no taste. Excursions must be cash payment which never conveyed to the customer beforehand! Tried to charge customer on every little things in the room. Be careful and read and check everything in the room before occupying. Let them know the anything is not or damaged in the room (such as safe, lamp, tea cups and pot as examples) per their list on the back of the directory book.

가성비 좋은 숙소임. 야시장까지는 걸어서 20분 정도 걸리고 조식도 생각보다 괜찮아서 잘 먹었어요 수영장은 너무 작아서 있으나 마나구 룸 컨디션은 깨끗하구 좋았어요

생각보다 방은 작았지만 깔끔하게 정리가 잘 되어있어서 좋았음. 호텔 바로 앞 생맥주 집도 좋았고 주변 상점도 많아 불편한 점이 없었음. 다른 지역으로의 이동도 택시가 주변에 많아 전혀 문제가 없었음. 전반적으로 무난한 호텔임

ロケーションがとても良く、レストランもスーパーも近くです。ただ、ビーチまでは少し歩きます。ビーチに面してないので、ホテル所有のビーチチェアはありません。バイクのレンタルも可能で、市内相場と同じ価格です。総じて良いホテルでした。

Her var det meste skittent når vi kom (flekker etc). Fikk rengjøringspersonell til å komme med nytt skifte, som var litt mindre skittent. Tror nok problemet ligger i hvordan sengetøy etc blir vasket. Frokost var bra, beliggeheten ok, og rommet var greit i forhold til prisen. Helhetsinntrykket ble likevel skuffende.

Hotellet ligger sentralt, med kort vei til alt du trenger. Herlig å sitte på balkongen og nyte solnedgangen. Det du behøver til frokost. God omelett! Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Nydelig og billig mat i restauranten. Minuset er «bybeliggenhet», med trafikkstøy. And, for the hotel, clean the bathroom better!!

Es gibt in Phu Quoc nicht viel zu sehen. Das Hotel liegt in einer der Hauptstrasse von Phu Quoc. Der Strand in der Nähe ist leider schlecht. Zu einem besseren Strand dauert ziemlich lange.

현지인 추천으로 2박을 하였습니다.(신축한지 8개월이라고..). 규모는 작아 보이는데, 내부는 깔끔하고, 조식이 맛있습니다.(요리 종류는 조금,.) 약간의 불만은, 가구가 새거라서 그런지 작은 벌레(개미?)가 종종 눈에 띕니다. 그리고, 직원들이 바빠서 그런지 아주 친절한 편은 아닙니다. 야시장은 가까운데 걸어서 가기에는 조금 애매합니다.(더위, 차 많은 도로로 이동) 택시 타면 2만동이면 갈수 있습니다.

Strand war leider 500m über Umwege erreichbar. Die Nachbarhotels haben den Strand für sich beansprucht. Man findet somit nur schwer einen Platz im Schatten. Das Serviceteam war nicht sehr gut gelaunt, irgendwie deprimierende Stimmung.

Nytt hotell med havsutsikt.
Nytt hotell med utsikt över havet. Dock så kan man önska att städningen var bättre. Poolen är för syns skull. Inget man vill eller knappt kan bada i. Frukosten var som vilken vietnamesisk buffé som helst. Det tog 10-15 min ungefär för att komma till en strand. Skulle kunna bo här igen.

Strandparadiset var svært at finde
Udfra billeder og hvad vi havde læst os til, skulle øen være en perle. Det var ikke det vi oplevede, og slet ikke byen vi boede i. Et stort bygge rod, mange steder, megen larm fra trafikken og strandparadiset, var svært at finde. Gaia hotel var et godt hotel, med meget flot udsigt til havet og omegn. Problemet var, at hotellet ikke havde ret til et stykke strand, hvilket gjorde, at det var svært og umuligt f.eks. at leje liggestole. Den offentlige strand, fandtes på et lille stykke strand, som inden længe også vil blive privat strand, til et nybygget hotel. Beliggenheden af hotellet, var ok med gåafstand til byens seværdigheder.

Beautiful hotel and really close to the beach
Checked into the hotel with ease no issues at all every one was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bright and new. The beach is a short 5 min walk you can get towels in the hotel that you can take with you. Breakfast was good lots of options. The staff was always ready to help and point us in there right direction. Would come back and stay here.

Wonderful Stay with a Great Owner and Staff
We traveled through Southeast Asia for three weeks and this was our favorite hotel. A new, modern and tasteful hotel that’s in a good location. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is incredible overlooking the ocean. We cannot thank the owner and his staff enough for personally welcoming us and taking care of us throughout our stay. There is surely not a better hotel to stay at on the island for a natter value. Thank you Gaia!

This is a new place on the strip. The staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and location was good. Be warned that it’s loud when you on the main road. The beds are very hard, but this is no different than 80% of the places in Vietnam. The breakfast was not great, so this would be my biggest compliant.

Mooi en heel nieuw hotel
Echt een super mooi hotel, alles in perfecte staat. Het is ook nog heel nieuw, pas in augustus 2017 geopend. We hadden de superior kamer geboekt met uitzicht op zee, we hadden elke dag het aller beste uitzicht voor de zonsondergang. Het zwembad zit alleen wel zowat naast de stoep, dus iedereen zou kunnen zien hoe jij even lekker ligt te zonnen en te zwemmen. Wat meer beschutting zou het zwembad prima maken. Verder was alles super!
