Not located at a good location, lots of ants around so was very very itchy, staff was ok, this hotel could be alot cleaner

This hotel is ideally located to all the facilities in the area, also close to transport links etc. The staff are very helpfull. The view from the room, pool, and breakfast area is very nice. Due to the location of the hotel it is a peaceful place both during the day and at night. I will definately stay here again if I am in the area.

Great hotel. Especially for the price. I was on the 7th floor and enjoyed the view as well as the quiet. The thick windows also helped keep out the street noise. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Overall, a great value for the $32 or so I paid per night.

직원이 영어를 못하기는 하지만 정말 좋은 날들이었고 무엇보다 근처에 식당과 바, 클럽이 있어서 걸어다닐 수 있었던 장점이 좋았습니다.

View moutain quá nóng và máy điều hoà quá yếu ngoài ra trong phòng khách sạn còn có muỗi . Ở 2 ngày thì 1 ngày tv không hoạt động ks ko sửa đc ngay mà phải đợi qua hsau .

Highly not recommended & not because of the staffs
The hotel is in a very central location (right on the strip and has good access to all food vendors and even the beach, 800m away). The staffs tried hard to please but they are so under staffed and not well trained coupled with a busy season turned into a disaster. Room was not ready when arrived..then no housekeeping all day until 7pm at night though they promised to do it before a certain time. The third day got housekeeping but no towels...had to use pool towel instead. The pool is small and not too well maintained. Lots of dead bugs floating...and breakfast is subpar. The cook is nice but he can only do so much on a small budget! The WIFI is also so weak that it dropped all the times. I won't blame the staffs.. I blame the owner/company for being too cheap! Highly NOT recommended!

hotel is decent, but service makes it not worth it
On it's own, the hotel is fine, nothing special. Mostly clean and pretty modern. however, where the hotel fails miserably is service. Here is the summary: - hotel promised airport pickup. We sent and hotel confirmed flight information. We arrived late (and that is not that unusual) and no ride was waiting. I called the front desk who hung up in 30 seconds TWICE we took a taxi (per advice from a driver going to same resort). Front desk spent time arguing that we should pay because we "did not provide flight info" despite me showing them email from them confirming the receipt! - one of the front desk people tried to tell us because our flight was late (2 hours, not ridiculous) our reservation was not available. Did not even bother checking. Her co-worker checked and magically found it. - we booked 1 queen bed room, instead received a room with 2 double beds. They later claimed that double bed is their queen bed. - walked in to the room with sand on the floor, while the rest of the room was mostly clean not sweeping up sand is a bit of a problem Let's move on to breakfast - very limited selection, run out of items regularly with people waiting for 20-30 mins for replacements. Nasty oil aftertaste on many food items. Location is not special. 10-15 minute walk to the beach Swimming pool is only 70 cm deep, barely to my hip. There is NO safety railing on the back side, just a straight drop 9 stories down. Even a child could lean over and go down.

Ok für eine Nacht
Sehr zentral gelegen, allerdings in einer Nebenstraße. Dazu reduziert den Geräuschpegel morgens gegen Null. So ziemlich das einzige Hotel in Vietnam, das ich kennengelernt habe, im dem kein Ohropax nötig war. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das war‘s allerdings schon: Mehr als zum Schlafen ist dieses Hotel nicht zu gebrauchen. Das ganze Ambiente ist lieblos und kalt. In der Lobby stehen zwei Fahrräder und ein Laufband - das soll wohl der Fitnessraum sein. Statt einer Bar gibt es einen Kühlschrannk mit Bezahlgetränken. Für eine Nacht war es mehr als ausreichend - länger würde ich hier aber nicht übernachten wollen.
