The room was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely green environment. 「Luciano was very helpful host and kept use informed. The house is in a quiet location with a splendid view of the Duomo and the old town. The room was clean and comfortable with strong shower, parking is in the grounds and safe. The staff at breakfast were lovely, very friendly and welcoming and the choice was good with fruit, yogurt cereals and breads with cheese and meats and good coffee. The hotel has a friendly cat who hangs around. There are good restaurants near by the Duomo....

「The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower.」
