“Walkable to the old town. On-site parking available (basement level) - best to book ahead because spaces are limited. Great breakfast spread, with tables available both indoors and out on the balcony. Our room was clean and reasonably well equipped - the bed squeaked (!) whenever we moved and this affected our sleep, but otherwise the room was fine, and it was nice for 2 of us to be able to sit out on the small balcony - we noticed many people drying towels and swimwear on their balconies. If……

“Room was great and the front desk staff were very helpful. I recommend using the underground parking for an extra charge. It’s nearby, and otherwise you will be driving around in circles looking for somewhere to park. Breakfast came with the room, but there wasn’t any menu to actually see what was included. Staff were not friendly at all. We asked what we could order, and were asked what we wanted. But after some confusion the only real choice was some type of sandwich or a croissant. We watched……

“We had an 8th floor room which with a balcony which was big and very clean. Unfortunately, we had a view of a crane and a little bit of the sea. We mentioned our 20th wedding anniversary in the booking, but no one seemed to acknowledge it or offer a kind gesture, which was disappointing. I tried to move to a better room without the crane view but staff were unable to help us. The breakfast was very good. Parking was an issue. Be prepared. Even the hotel one at 15 Euros a night is a short……

“The room was good for a one-night stay, but the communication could have been better. You have to proactively contact the owner to receive the instructions on how to access the apartment. I think it should be the other way around, with the owner contacting the guest in advance and providing all the necessary check-in information. Also, the address listed on Expedia is incorrect: it says 28, but the correct address is 28B.”

“Location of this apartment is excellent only a couple minutes from the beach and most spots in the city are reachable on foot from there. Room was clean. Interior design needs some work, Apart from the wall behind the bed it's very white and sterile. TV is a bit out-of-date (no smart tv). The whirlpool is a nice touch, though, even I didn't use it. Checking in was easy, no staff required, details were provided via Whatsapp.”
