"I'm asking refund for the booking on 6/15. Our train arrived late that day, but I sent the message repeatedly earlier asking for instructions to get the key. There was no single response. When we arrived in the midnight, with neighbors help, got in the gate, found the building, got in the entrance, in the room box there was no key at all. Called the owner many times, there was no response. We have to find somewhere else to stay that time!"

"Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!"

"La camere non era quella prenotata su Expedia ma una più piccola e senza angolo cottura. Il personale gentile e disponibile ma non era presente all'arrivo nell' orario di check in indicato e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti. Camera abbastanza confortevole, letti comodi, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Lascia a desiderare la pulizia km generale e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Parcheggio interno disponibile. "
