  • Welcome to this newly renovated, spacious basement apartment located in a quiet and family-friendly and one of the prestigious neighborhood in Pickering. This legal secondary unit offers approximately 1100 sq ft of comfortable living space with a modern open-concept layout, ideal for professionals, corporate stays, small families, or extended rentals.

    The unit features 1 bedroom with two full-size beds, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests, along with a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate 2 additional guests (maximum 6 occupants). The bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for both comfort and everyday living.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A large 9-foot island provides ample space for cooking and casual dining.

    The bathroom is clean and modern, featuring a stand-up shower and a double-sink vanity, offering added convenience.

    The unit also includes in-suite washer and dryer, making it ideal for longer stays and added convenience.

    This unit has a private separate entrance, ensuring privacy and independence. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles is available.

    Located in a desirable and peaceful area, the home is just minutes from Highway 401, Pickering GO Station, and public transit, making commuting easy. Downtown Toronto is approximately 35–40 minutes by car or GO Train.

    Close to shopping, restaurants, and key destinations including the Porsche Experience Centre Toronto and Pickering Casino Resort, making it a great option for corporate guests and visitors.

    For outdoor and winter activities, the property is approximately 25–30 minutes drive to Lakeridge Ski Resort and Dagmar Ski Resort.

    Guests can enjoy access to the backyard, including a swing set (gazebo area not included). The home is in a quiet residential area and is best suited for respectful and responsible occupants.

We had such an amazing stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even surprised our daughter with a thoughtful gift for her 6 month birthday, which meant so much to us. We really appreciated her kindness and generosity. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to the area and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. All the appliances were new and in excellent condition. The hosts were always available and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. The detailed and clear instructions made everything so easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate the hosts and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
