Beautiful chalet

Everything was great other than communication for check in. The link I was sent was broken and the host never responded to phone calls or voice messages or emails to give us the information. We managed to find the actual property by identifying it from photos, we then had to phone around to get the key code as we sat outside the property. This needs to be improved
