A perfect location for a memorable holiday for all the family!

The gîte is walking distance to local restaurants, bakeries and shops has everything you need in your home from home for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of space for the kids to run around or swim in the summer just a few steps away from your fully equipped cottage. The town is famous for it's Wednesday market and in the vicinity there is plenty to keep the whole family happy.

This is a comfortable character cottage which has a well equipped kitchen, large lounge and lovely dining space with gorgeous beamed ceilings and lovely woodburner in the winter months. Upstairs there is a double bedroom plus a bedroom with two single beds in. All your bed linen is provided free of charge. There is a full bathroom plus another separate WC and we will also provide towels included in the price too.

You can enjoy your evenings on your private patio area, cook a great BBQ and enjoy all the space here.

On the enclosed shared terrace there are family games to enjoy (both energetic and quieter!) There are 3 acres of garden space for you all to enjoy. The secure seasonal pool and area is fabulous and reaches temperatures in the high 30's often. There is a selection of comfortable loungers, seats and toys so you can enjoy your time by the pool. We'll provide you with swimming towels free of charge to use for your stay.

Nearby you are spoilt for choice with things to do with the stunning town of Brantome being only 30 minutes away, a fantastic swimming lake just 10 minutes away for fun on the beach in St Estephe, nearby go-karting, a winery and beer manufacturing all within a short drive. Plenty to keep everyone entertained.

Of course there is free WI-FI for you to use and if you request in advance we are more than happy to also provide a cot and a highchair.

Check in is between 4pm and 8pm and check out is by 10am. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. Please note that there are a further 2 gites on this site so the gardens and pool are shared but all gites have their own private patio/outdoor space.
