La vivienda cuenta con varias habitaciones y un baño por planta, de lo que no se habló es que es una vivienda con calefacción por leña, la cual si no estás en la vivienda metiendo leña en el caset no tienes ningún tipo de calor, no nos dejaron suficiente leña y la que había estaba podrida y húmeda por lo que tuvimos que pasar un día entero hasta que nos trajeron de nuevo leña que se pudiera utilizar regular más tirando a mal, la casa no estaba muy limpia, y con unos mosquitos que nos acribillaron a todos, pero por lo demás zonas comunes amplias y zona muy tranquila

Bien ubicado par ver cabarceno y el laberinto de villapresente. Tiene espacio al aire libre para que los niños jueguen. Como punto a mejorar, cuidar el tobogan y los juegos de los niños.
