「My son and I had a wonderful stay at this property in March. The villa was really well equipped, with all amenities, and had a huge amount of land around it. Everything was really well cleaned. The sheets were comfortable and pristine. We appreciated the large white towels and extra blankets. The heaters worked really well as did the chimney. The views were superb and we were surprised with wildlife including the deers. Franco guided us well and was a pleasure. He pointed us to great experiences...

We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. The windows in the bedroom and kitchen are equipped with solid fly screens - very helpful ;-) The house has a beautiful garden with spacious terrace (great view to Castiglion Fiorentino), which gives a Mediterranean feeling of life. 「The house is a beautiful old Italian house with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled floors. Everything in the house worked pedfectly- wifi, hot water, screens on the windows, kitchen and bath.
