The staff at the reservation desk were all very kind and professional. I’d like to highlight a young lady and a gentleman from Haiti, both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anytime I called, they quickly provided whatever I needed. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant stay! 」
