The ski bus passes almost directly in front of the door and takes you to the Kitzsteinerhorn glacier in Kaprun or to the well-known Zell am See-Schüttdorf. In summer, the area around Zell am See also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. For golf lovers, this holiday home is also ideally located. The 36-hole golf course near Zell am See-Kaprun is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. Favourite excursions in the region include Salzburg (the city of Mozart), Hohenwerfen Castle and the Großglockner. All these places can be reached in less than 1 hour by car.
