This white, stone villa with a thatched roof is located in Abruzzo, Italy, near the tiny village of Pietranico. Tastefully furnished and decorated, the villa has 6 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 13 people. It is surrounded by mountain slopes, which have an abundance of greenery.

The villa is close to the beach in Pescara where you can enjoy the seaside views & activities. Not to forget, it has 4 national parks at walking distance (Majella, Gran Sasso, Abruzzo, and Silente Velino), thus it is ideal for walkers and nature lovers. A golf course is located 12 km away.

The villa spreads over an area of 14 hectares and also has an olive grove with about 200 olive trees. There is an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views. Attached to the pool area are the sun loungers. There is a roof terrace, accessed via a staircase. Besides this, you get free Wifi and telescope.

To access the house, you have to go through 3 km of unpaved road. But once you reach, you will be in comfort.
