Vacanze in Versilia 2024

Come da tanti anni abbiamo fatto le vacanze al mare in Versilia, quest’anno a settembre. La casa è ampia e confortevole, l’host ci ha accolto al check in in maniera simpatica ed è stata sempre pronta a risolvere ogni piccolo imprevisto. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere il prossimo anno.

Casa molto carina

La casa è anche più carina di quel che ci si immagina guardando le foto ed è molto pulita. La cucina è attrezzatissima anche se curiosamente priva di cucchiaini ( ne abbiamo trovato solo uno). Non ho avuto modo di vedere la proprietaria ma ha sempre risposto con rapidità e gentilezza alle mie domande. Unica grossa pecca è il fatto che la casa trattiene molto il calore, soprattutto in cucina , dove però c’è l’aria condizionata. Nella camera al piano superiore anche c’è l’aria condizionata, ma non nelle due camere al piano inferiore. I poi io che ho grandi reazioni alle punture di zanzare ho sofferto molto la mancanza di zanzariere, ma ripeto che sono particolarmente sensibile al problema.

Un quartier tranquille

La proximité de la plage, 15 minutes à pied, et le calme du quartier sont de grands atouts de cette location, qui dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire. Le séjour à été agréable et reposant.

Ottima location e ottimo Host

Una settimana passata all’insegna della tranquillità. La casa è grande e accogliente. Pulita e dotata di ogni confort. La Signora Michela, simpatica, organizzata è disponibile. Avevamo chiesto 2 bici a noleggio e quando siamo arrivati erano già li. Il mare è a 10 minuti a piedi e Il centro di Forte dei Marmi 15 minuti in bici. Sicuramente ritorneremo…. Grazie per tutto!!!!! gute Lage; freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin

Bei der Beschreibung sollten Sie vielleicht erwähnen, dass das Ferienhaus unmittelbar an die Wände des Nachbarhauses gebaut ist, so dass eventueller Lärm sowohl die Feriengäste als auch die italienischen Nachbarn stören könnte.

Relax con tutti i confort

L'appartamento è ampio e dotato di tutte le comodità. Per noi che abbiamo due bambini fra i due e i 4 anni, è stato prezioso il piccolo giardino semplice e senza pericoli in cui hanno tanto giocato!

La villetta si trova in una posizione molto comoda rispetto al centro e alla spiaggia, è arredata in maniera curata e con tutti i comfort, la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Soggiorno assolutamente consigliato!
