「IQON ia a beautiful building in and out but the service inside the unit was pathetic. Checking in was hard. we had someone come in and show us our apt with no help/support later. Our floors were not clean, no toiletries in bathroom, no bed sheets, no bath towels and one of the main living room window was not properly closed. With no help we dialed downstairs and security person came up but he could not help. Reached out to hotels.com who finally after 3 hours had someone come in with bath towels...

「This boutique hotel is fabulous! We are in the Room with a View and it is huge and spacious, with two large bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Each room is decorated cleverly and is squeaky clean. 「Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.」
