「I was happy with the shops surrounded by the hotel which is great, but just with the rooms I would say it is clean but we need a good clean of the carpets or even replace. In our room we had the tiles in the bathroom has lifted so it would need a bit of maintenance done on the rooms. Your beds were a bit uncomfortable so probably need new beds. Thats my honest feedback, but other than that I will go back to The Halswell. Thank you」

「到新西兰住的第一晚，居然被窃了！！！丢了两个手机，还有为出国专门租的移动WIFI。酒店只有两个年轻的前台不停的说对不起，但没有任何说法，报警也很迟缓。据说那晚有五个住客被偷了！！！她们说以前也有被偷过的情况，可是酒店即没提醒住客，也没有任何赔偿的计划。」
