Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here. The condo is comfortable and easy to access for people using walkers or wheelchairs. The accessible shower is very helpful. Be aware that the toilets are standard height and there are no grab bars in the bathrooms. My parents were able to navigate okay but those who need a fully accessible bathroom may have some challenges.

Our 2nd floor condo overlooking the river was quiet, very clean, and comfortable including the king size bed. The convenient location is close to Dollywood, a variety of restaurants, and a short drive to Gatlinburg! We would love to stay there again!

Would love to return!

I could not get over how clean this condo was! I was really impressed. The place was bigger than I expected. It was so spacious. You can't beat two king beds either. They were very comfy! I loved the balcony overlooking the river. It was so pretty. Great location. I would definitely book here again. The property manager made all the instructions clear and the process was super easy. I appreciated knowing that they could easily be reached should I have needed anything.

Cozy home

This was a very comfortable home, great location, and as advertised. The only exception, or complaint is handicapped accessibility. I chose this unit specifically to bring my 94yo mom. The walk in shower was great, and her walker fit well, but the toilets were not the higher ones, and no grab bars beside to help her up and down. We made it work, but i texted/emailed the host to ask about this before we came, but did not receive an answer. We would definately stay here agai .

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. Close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, shops, restaurants. Nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, silverware. The balcony was awesome, looking over the river. The living room furniture seemed old. On one of the recliners, you could feel the springs. It needs to be replaced. Two bathrooms were nice to have. The primary bedroom was very unique. As soon as you walked in the room, the shower was there. It seemed the shower was an afterthought. The shower should have been in the bathroom where it is supposed to be. Overall, 4 out of 5.

It was placed at the door as you walked into the bedroom. Then the sink and commode were around the corner and hard to get in due to placement of bed. The smoke alarm was beeping the moment we stepped into the unit; and there was a hole below the door lock that you could see straight through. Not too keen on the unit we were given. We like the property, just not the unit!

It's in a great location with shopping, restaurants and attractions. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and a keurig. It's equipped with washer and dryer. Two bedroom and two bath. Every room has a TV. We loved the huge shower in the master! There's a beautiful river stream running under the balcony off the livingroom. It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting out there watching the wildlife. The condo was so quiet at times it seemed as though we were the only ones staying in the building. We also took advantage of the free adult attraction tickets for each day we were there. The property management was very helpful and professional. We loved our stay and will be returning!
