Convenient, Cute, and Cozy Condo located in Mountain View Condos Resort

Mountain View Getaway is a quiet two-bedroom condo that sleeps 6 located in the Mountain View Condos resort. The resort is located on top of a hill overlooking the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condos was voted the best resort in Pigeon Forge 2016 & 2017.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
Mountain View Getaway is less than a mile to the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, WonderWorks, Hollywood Wax Museum, and the Titanic Museum. It’s less than 1.5 miles to the Tanger Outlet Mall, Apple Barn and Cider Mill, and The Island at Pigeon Forge. The condo is 2 miles to the LeConte Center and straight up the Parkway to Gatlinburg. At the main road, there is a trolley stop that will take you throughout the local area (including Dollywood).

The resort offers an indoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool, a 17-person hot tub, a kiddy pool, a basketball court, horseshoe pits, grills with picnic areas, and 2 play structures for the kids, all within steps of the condo. Mountain View Getaway is in building 3 on the ground floor. As shown in the pictures, building 3 is closest to the resort amenities.

This two-bedroom, two full bath condo is warm and inviting. The condo is on the ground floor (no stairs) and is handicap accessible with 3-foot doors. It has a king bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa, sleeping a total of 6 people. The master bathroom is spacious and equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo with an entrance from both the second bedroom and main living area. The main living area is a great place to kick back and watch some TV after a day of visiting the local attractions or swimming in the resort pools. There is a large dining table that has plenty of room if you choose to cook a big meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The patio overlooks a beautiful green space. It’s a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee or your favorite book. Besides the large TV above the fireplace in the living room, each bedroom has a TV. The condo has WIFI and in unit washer and dryer, and we do decorate for Christmas.

This condo was great!!! Location was perfect!! There were a couple things that we were disappointed in but not the condo owners issue...the pool was cold and the outdoor pool wasnt open i guess an issue with the pool cleaner people we were told. The other issue i personally had aa a female was a moveable shower head would of been great in the master especially if you need to shave your legs. Was a bit difficult to do with water running on you. But not a big deal at all. Kitchen was very stocked, master bed was sooo comfortable and the pillows were great. Furniture was very comfortable, the lazy boys were super comfortable!! If we were to come back to Pigeon forge this would be where we stay!!!

Great Location

Location of this condo was extremely convenient to all pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, activities and restaurants. The complex and grounds were well-maintained, and we really enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The owners were very responsive and the listing was accurate. Bedding was comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. Only a few very minor suggestions: the condo was clean and smelled great, but could use a good deep cleaning. It was a bit of a safety concern that we were on the first floor but we knew that when booking. It was a very quiet area though, and after the first night, I felt comfortable. A few updated comfort items would really make this listing a five, like more and newer towels in the bathroom and kitchen, a new kitchen sponge for each guest, updated mats in the bathroom, and other small changes. I would definitely stay in Mountain Villa condo but would possibly look for a condo on a higher floor with high reviews like this property.

We arrived late and I had not checked my email for the access code. It did take a little while to get in touch with anyone (I understand because I didn’t check for the code and it was 12/23 and we were late) BUT we got in and got settled.
