Rooms have been updated. I appreciate the carpet not being in the rooom. Elevator needs to be cleaned and carpet removed.

Checked in by someone that didn't really know what they were doing but that's okay, gotta learn sometime. Property is under renovation and quite dusty. Checked in Tuesday afternoon and had a knock on the door Wednesday evening, they did not know I was staying there, very obvious. No DND sign, no coffee, no channel guide, lots of hairs in the tub and makeup on the bedspread(I don't wear makeup. Coffee maker reservoir had a lot of dust and dirt in it. They may want to inspect their rooms before renting them. I know they are under renovations and it's understandable to miss over a thing or two.

This is a truthful,real review of a 4 night stay at Lodge at Mill Creek, Pigeon Forge, Tn. Man &wife,2 people single bed. October 14>17, 2026. DAY 1, prepaid,4 night, registration showed thru Expedia. Assigned room floor was dirty, bathroom door could not be opened / closed from inside bath. (installed wrong) Informed desk clerk, stated would be fixed tomorrow. DAY 2, after being out of room most of day, return found door not fixed, no housekeeping ? Desk clerk assigned different room, Cleaner,bath door worked, luggage rack not installed in this room moved all belongins to new room. Clerk stated we would recieve a $40.00 discount off price. DAY 3, early morning room door opened by, key card, by new guest. Suprize, suprize, went to desk clerk and was informed my name & registration was no longer in the registration list. Informed me if I wanted to stay 2 more nights it would be $118.78 per nignt since they had checked me out already. I retrived my printout,from thier computer showing prepaid for 4 nights. NO explanation from clerk but OK. Issued me a new key card, we left on our planned day. Upon return no housekeeping, I asked for towels at least. DAY 4, Went out on our planned events. Return NO housekeeping. Lert town early Saturday AM. PROS-- Very new refurbished motel,new bath fixtures,television,hvac unitnew floors,rated 10 by Expedia ? CONS-- No housekeeping, office staff inadequate,computer errors,no tv program list,tub shower without any grab bars. More details
