Great location, great amenities

Great price and location. Stay Minty was awesome with communication and quickly took care of the two very minor issues we had. It is an older property but the large hot tub with deck around it was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Cabin feel with a modern decor

Love the way this was decorated inside. The cabin feel is there with a modern twist. Very comfortable and cozy. Also, location is perfect for what we need. Definitely will be looking to stay again.

Fun Fall Break

Great stay at updated and well equipped house. Kitchen had everything you need, well appointed beds and baths. Outdoor space is great, but it is a downhill walk that is quite steep. An addition of a pathway with stairs down would be great. Other than that, great place! Would stay again.

Family Vacation

We rented this property for our 7 day family vacation. It was absolutely perfect for us! Good location to do different activities (hiking, dinner theatre, shopping, tours) as well as a good location to just hang out. The swim spa was the perfect size to cool off in and my one year old had a fabulous time jumping in and splashing around. We had a few minor issues with the swim spa but the communication was fabulous and it was fixed in a timely manner! I’d highly recommend this location to stay. Best views of the houses in the area I’d say!

This was a decent cabin that had been renovated, the floors and very unleveled the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and on blocks because the floor was slanted. The kitchen was nice but the refrigerator wasn’t working and took a couple days to get replaced. The outside hot tub was nice but hard to get to had to go out the front door and no real path except the sloped driveway. This would be ok for a long weekend but not a whole week. We left a day early because it just wasn’t comfortable. I will say the property manager was excellent and very accommodating and communicated the whole week and reacted to anything we needed.

We had a great time here!

We all loved the house. It is decorated so tastefully and is beautiful. There is plenty of room. Like others mentioned, there is new construction going up all around, but you still have gorgeous views at the back of the property. The downfall at the moment is getting down to the Swim Spa. It is a very steep walk especially with a 1 and 3 year old. We love visiting TN and loved our stay here.

Family and I loved the place

We loved the house! Everything was great however there are a bunch of new houses under construction directly in front of this property that aren’t pictured in the listing. It wasn’t a huge deal deal but definitely blocked the views we were hoping to see. Other than that everything is exactly as pictured! We hope to be back soon

Family trip

The house is clean and plenty of room for the family. The pool isn't what we expected. Just an oversized hot tub. Getting to the pool area and back was a challenge. Steep hill to navigate. Could use a paved path or steps. Slipped coming up and fell. The views are beautiful. The kitchen and living area are open and spacious. Bedrooms are cozy.
