Check in and communication was fantastic. Room was nice, great studio feel, kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The unit was clean and bright except for the blinds which were dusty. Bathroom was spacious and we were given plenty of towels, even extra. The RV park was quiet and the bed was comfortable with soft sheets and plenty of pillows.The only down side was the blinds over windows and vertical blinds over sliding door. **One of the vertical slats broke off, the blind doesn’t cover the door completely and you can see straight in to the bathroom. A curtain over the sliding door would give way more privacy. **As for the windows, the blinds behind the bed weren’t all the way down and no way to reach them without moving the bed (and we weren’t able to do that) so the unit directly behind had a view of the bed through the slatted headboard so we used pillows to cover the openings. Curtains here would have also helped. **We let the office know and that we were working around the issues but needed a definite change/repair for the next guests. Would for sure stay again, the location was amazing! Close to the Old Mill restaurant, Dollywood and the Dixie Stampede.
