Loved the location. House was super clean and maintained. Only minor request would be to have extra blankets. My parents stayed with us and the walk in showers and lack of steps was a huge bonus. Very nice property, highly recommend.

Great place to stay with your family!

The Mill Stream Cottage exceeded our expectations. It is well kept and very spacious. It is also located within walking distance or a short drive from so many activities. We were right in the middle of everything yet it was still quiet. I would highly recommend this property and if we return to Pigeon Forge we would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home

By far this is the best place we have stayed in Pigeon Forge. If you love the Old Mill District, then this is the place to stay! Wonderful location! We walked to the Pottery House and the Old Mill to eat. The creek was so nice and peaceful. We would sit by the fire and roast marshmallows with our family at night. Wonderful memories were made. The house was so clean and so wonderfully decorated. We just loved it so much!

My husband, Terry and I have enjoyed our time at the “Old Mill Cottage” two times and both times we have enjoyed the amenities greatly! Great Place

This is not the first time we have stayed in this beautiful home and it will not be our last. We love this house. The location is ideal because you are able to walk to several places to eat and shop nearby. The coffee house is walking distance as well. The house is well stocked with basics but if you are cold natured you may want to bring a blanket from home. You cannot go wrong with this home! We look forward to our next trip and will definitely stay here again!!!!

One of our most favorite stays!

Visited here for fiftieth anniversary and we loved walking into one of the most comfortable and immaculate places we have stayed. We love eating at The Old Mill which was a two minute walk. The back deck gets race track noise in the day, but mornings out there were wonderful for drinking coffee. Two mornings an eagle perched in the tree by the river right in front of us. Can’t wait to come back.

Mill Stream Cottage

I took my mom and daughter for the weekend for their birthday. The home was exactly what we wanted and more. It was cozy and relaxing as well being on one level which worked best for my mom. My daughter enjoyed it so much she may book it for a stay with her friends in the future.

Great house!

Great location if you’d love to be in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & music! Love the river in the backyard as well. Wonderful!!

This house is absolutely perfect! It is exceptionally clean and convenient to restaurants, activities and nature. It is nestled in a cute neighborhood where you can enjoy the creek sounds while sitting on the back porch. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely come back to this house next time we need a place in this area. We were sad to leave this hidden jewel!

Beautiful Cottage

This cottage is beautiful and was beyond my expectations. It was warm and inviting and extremely clean. It is just a short walk to the Old Mill. It has a really nice deck that overlooks the creek and would be nice to use during warm weather. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing missing that would've been nice was a hot tub but it won't keep me from staying there again. 5 Stars!!

Perfect Cottage on the River

This was an amazing find for our family! We booked it for a week for a baseball tournament and my family had an amazing time. Fishing and swimming in the river and walking distance to all the shops and eateries in the Old Mill area! Very close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer! The host was fantastic and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect! The house is beautiful inside and out with a beautiful deck, fireplace and of course the river! Would absolutely recommend this for a family get a way! We plan on booking again our next visit!

Great Location

The cottage is very clean, updated, and in a nice location. The cottage does have limited pots and pans for cooking, and make sure you take blankets there are none in the unit. Your check-in checklist will advise you what to bring, we only took one blanket and wished we would have taken additional ones. Also, if you are older and not tech-savvy the app TV's with no cable will not be your friend. We would stay here again just for the cleanliness of the unit.

Friends couples trip

We had a fabulous time at this little cottage. It is beautiful with a great layout. We were fortunate to meet the owners one evening. They were very nice and seemed like our "kind of people". We loved the fireplace and it was easy to ignore the go carts across the river while roasting marshmallows. I would recommend leaving cleaning tools, broom/dustpan, toilet brushes and a plunger (just in case) inside the rental and also extra blankets for the bedrooms and throw blankets for the living room. We will definitely book again if available.

Unexpected Pleasure

This cottage was not what we expected. It was more than we expected. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a stream located off the back of the property. Great deck and fire pit that because of the rain we didn’t get a chance to use. Close to the Mill shopping area. Lots of room for a two bedroom cottage. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if available.

Perfect Location!!

We were absolutely pleased with everything with the cottage. It was so warm, cozy and welcoming, and the decor was amazing. I absolutely fell in love with all of it! Beds were so comfy !! As for as the location it was perfect! It was located in the middle of everything! Local restaurants we were able to walk to. All the attractions it was an easy drive. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings, feeding the ducks on the back patio , listening to music and enjoying a cold beer ! We will definitely be back and will share our experience with all of our friends and family !

Spring Jubilee Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Old Mill Stream Cottage while attending the Smokey Mtn Jubilee, and a week of trout fishing. It made it very easy to attend services, fish, and relax while worshiping Jesus, and thanking Him for His grace and mercy this past week. It was a great location (very close to shopping and the Leconte Center, and the river) , very clean, and wonderful owner. We met the owner on Friday and he was very nice. We cannot thank them enough for the accommodations they made for us while we were there and intend on staying again soon. Very nice staff with iTrip and had no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend this cottage.

Lovely house

This house is absolutely amazing. The pictures online does not do it justice. The decor is beautiful and the location of this house is amazing. We walked over to the Old Mill area a few times while on our trip. We enjoyed sitting outside next to the water. I feel as if the owners of this house actually stayed here to make sure they had thought of everything, because this house had it all! We will never stay anywhere else when we visit the mountains. We are looking forward to our next trip staying at this WONDERFUL home. I highly recommend this house you would not be disappointed.
