The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. Location was good. Pool was closed for repairs. Room door had gap at bottom and sides which increased the noise level. Windows needed sealing as well. I was told that these repairs will be done in the winter months.

The Rooms Were So Clean!! The staff was amazing i highly recommend i absolutely love the pool. Only thing is the people beside me were smoking cigarettes which your not supposed to they are designated areas outside for a reason smh. Other than that the hotel was amazing and we absolutely enjoyed it we will definitely be back everytime we go to Tennessee! ALSO AFFORDABLE PRICES

Staff were nice. No hot water in the shower and there was existing damage to the rooms. Hot tub didn’t work and the pool was very dirty. Property is in need of major repairs. We found towels with stains in our room. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets

This hotel was exactly what we needed. A place to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast. It was a perfect location and match for those needs. We did not use the fitness center or pool but both were there. The bed was very comfortable and every night was a GREAT sleep. Blackout curtains and even little suggestions for a comfortable sleep were found on the property. Breakfast was much more than expected with plenty of protein - eggs, sausage, yogurt - and even the things we splurge on while traveling - bagels, muffins, waffles, even chocolate milk! My husband loved the parking spaces for Veterans. Made him feel special. All in all, this was a very affordable stay that went above our expectations.

We stayed here for 7 nights. We never once had our room cleaned. Had to ask for new towels. Had to change our own garbage. The top it off the pool was drained the 3rd night and unusable for the remainder of our stay. It was 100 degrees outside. The staff was though nice and breakfast was good but they needed to have it stocked more. Oh and the hallway smelled like weed on a non smoking hotel!!

Not bad, but certainly not luxurious or spacious or exceptional in any way. I just needed a room to sleep in, so it was just fine. If this was a suite, it is the smallest suite on Earth. I've never seen a smaller hotel room. Like the built the room around the bed with about 12 inches all around. The bathroom was more spacious than the bedroom. But again, I didn't care - I was just there to sleep. Oh, I must say the breakfast was actually pretty good. They had the waffle maker which I love. Lots of prepackaged muffins and things that were fine. Oatmeal. There were eggs, sausage, and b & G but I was afraid to try any of that. Anyway, I thought the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again. I don't know if the women in my family would be comfortable here - it was a little flawed. But if you aren't picky this place is fine.

The general location is good it’s between Tanger outlets and the island shops. The room had ants, how the ants reached the third floor is beyond me they must have climbed. They only clean every third day of your stay and upon request so please keep that in mind.
