Our kids,spouses and grandkids truly had a wonderful time at this property! Plenty of room for the 13 of us. Could use some TLC and a deep cleaning would definitely like to stay there again!

Spring Break 2024

The house was a great part of our trip and met all the needs of our crazy, large group! The pool and hot tub, theater room and arcade area kept the kids happy and occupied when we were at the house and the location was great as well! There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 8 kids!!!

Large Family trip

Plenty of space and was very clean. This might sound stupid, but there were lots of towels and washcloths in each bathroom. Definitely saved on doing laundry throughout the week.

This was a great place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Good location. The only complaint is the movie theater was not working. Bring a roku stick. That might work.

The size of the house was perfect! Definitely room for everyone! The house could use a good, deep cleaning. There were lots of cobwebs and dust. The showers were dirty. The couches and bedding appeared to be old and worn out. Would not stay here again for the price.

Very fun place to stay. If you are looking for a view this might not be for you, however all of the amenities might change your mind. Movie theater, game room, hot tub and pool made it such a fun place for my family. It was very clean, and spacious. If we didn’t leave the house we would not have been bored at all. We had one issue with the front door but they sent someone to fix it right away. I was very pleased with my stay overall. Definitely recommend. Also bears walked right by the front of the cabin, awesome but be cautious when outside.

We enjoyed our stay. We recommend fixing the alarm on the door that leads to the porch from the pool. It would go off every min the door was left open or wasn’t locked.

Great stay!

We came to the cabin to celebrate graduation, birthday and Father’s Day. The amount of space was great. Also the kids loved the pool and video games. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. One small problem is as we saw a few roaches in the kitchen area. Also the pillows were very flat. Overall I would stay at the location again.

Pool was to cold to swim, combination on pool door stopped getting power so we could'nt open door. wasnt told in advance we had to bring dvds for theater room . most of the arcade games have problems , not working as they should, lower level has paint peeling off wall.outside ramp was very steep a handicap person could never mke it. unit was clean and slept well

Nice family time

This was our first extended family vacation. 20 of us ages 1-58! The cabin sufficiently housed all of us (5 families). Pool was perfect for small group of kids. Hot tub is tiny but worked well. Our morning visits on the back deck were priceless -we even got to see a bear trying to get into the outside dumpster (unsuccessfully)!

Last minute family trip to Pigeon Forge. Everything was amazing. The property was huge and location was perfect! Loved everything about the cabin. Everything was brand new and the living room area was huge and open along with the kitchen area.

Family vacation

Long weekend. House was nice but needed some updating. It rained the first night we were here and it leaked on both the front and back sides of the house inside. Also the kitchen accessories could use a bit of an upgrade. For example, If we had our entire family who were supposed to come, there wouldn’t of been enough forks for everyone to eat. The handles of the pans were so loose it felt like they would fall off soon. We couldn’t figure out the overhead projector but that could of been user error. But the pool was nice and the beds slept well.

Great for large groups but internet issues for half of stay

We had a group of 14…2 grandparents, 4 adults, and 8 kids in the property. The space was great! Everyone had room to spread out. The kids loved the arcade games, pool, and hot tub. The adults loved the movie room and 3 large covered porches. The movie room was pretty dirty (lots of popcorn/food under the seats) and the internet did not work for three full days of our stay. After 4 phone calls Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday it was resolved with the internet company coming to replace the router (which was inaccessible because it was in a locked closet). We weren’t able to check in at 4, it was about 5pm before we could get in. Other than those two hiccups the stay was great!
