Wonderful Host!

Check in was very easy with a code. Highly impressed with "Samuel" who was very prompt in answering our misc questions. Best host we've ever had, and we travel quite a bit. Great location too!

The condo was very clean and comfortable would definitely stay there again. However, there was a load of dirty clothes in the washer, and the dishwasher had not been emptied. Other than that we had no issues at all!

This place was wonderful! Dollywood is literally in the back yard. There are starter packs of toiletries/laundry-dishwasher detergent, and hand soaps in every bathroom. There were PLENTY of towels/washcloths in each bathroom. They even supplied pool towels. Extra sheets and blankets were in the closets. This was more than enough room for my 4 people party & my pup. we come to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg very often and I’ve saved this place for the next visit! Cannot beat the price in this area for it to be as close to everything as it is

There was nothing in the rules that were sent to me about the fireplace being only for decoration. There were instructions about the hot tub which made us think there was one useable. The only hot tub we saw was boarded up beside the pool. I was told we would receive reimbursement for 1 Dollywood ticket so I followed the instructions I was given and the people at the Welcome Center were confused and said there must be miscommunication with our host. So we unfortunately did not receive reimbursement.

Great location

The location is great and easy to get to just about anything quickly. Check in was at 4:00 and when we got there at 4:15 they were inside cleaning so we had to wait. There was no sponge or soap to wash dishes by hand but there was a dishwasher however we didn’t have a lot of dishes so I bought our own. There was a few cleanliness issues with some linen however I also brought a few things of my own so I used that. Overall I was very happy with the place and most likely use it again at another time.
