“No WiFi the entire time we were there. The elevator was down so had to walk up the stairs with luggage. We got there at 10:00 and couldn’t check in until 4. We sat in the reception area for hours waiting. We stay many places and this wasn’t my favorite. I don’t think I would stay again.”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
